The hostel is located in a quiet neighborhood, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. It is conveniently close to metro stations, allowing easy transportation around the city. The clean and spacious bathroom ensuite ensures a comfortable stay, and the helpful staff who speak good English provide excellent service.
The lack of elevator can be a hassle for guests with heavy luggage.

The location of the hostel was really convenient, with easy access to the train station and plenty of good places to eat nearby. The dorm was clean and quiet, and I never had to wait for the shower or bathroom. The fresh towels provided daily were a nice touch.
The lockers in the room were not large enough to fit a big suitcase, and some of the sleeping pods were situated in less desirable spots. The bed was uncomfortably hard, almost like sleeping on a bare floor.

I had a great stay at Hiromas Hostel Ueno. The location was excellent, just minutes away from Oeno station and convenient stores. The beds were a bit hard, but I personally liked it. The small kitchen was handy for quick meals, and the chill out area on the ground floor wasnice and neat. The staff, especially Mai, were very good too help me retrieve a forgotten item. I highly recommend this hostel for solo travelers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The beds were cosy and private, providing a comfortable and peaceful sleep. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist us. The hotel facilities were in great condition, including the clean showers and bathroom. The location in a nice and quiet neighborhood was a perfect choice as it was close to metro stations and several attractions, such as a mile away walk to popular places like Asakusa and Ueno park. This hotel also had the advantage of being surrounded by many affordable dining options and convenience stores.

Relaxed atmosphere, helpful staff, easy access to Ueno Station, and convenient location for Haneda airport. Locker large enough for medium suitcase and overhead storage in capsule. Washing machine available with detergent included. Recommended for solo female travelers. Alternative entrance saves walking time to the station. 👍
